Vietnamese scholars have expressed that there is a saying in China called "America and the United States share the same destiny". Building a strategically significant community with a shared future between China and Vietnam will make the relationship between China and Vietnam more meaningful, closer, and special, providing tremendous impetus for exchanges and cooperation between the two parties, countries, and peoples. Another analysis suggests that the leaders of China and Vietnam have pushed bilateral relations to a new position, which will play a decisive role in the future development of bilateral relations. At the same time, the friendly development of China Vietnam relations will also contribute stability to the peaceful development of China's surrounding areas, the Asian region, and even the entire world.

Both sides agree to issue a joint statement on further deepening and enhancing the comprehensive strategic partnership and building a strategically significant China Vietnam community with a shared future.   All senior leaders, including members of the Political Bureau and Secretary of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, accompanied the attendance.

Pan Jin'e, a researcher at the Marxist Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, told Global Times on the 12th that it is natural for China and Vietnam to elevate bilateral relations to a "strategically significant community with a shared future". This is not only based on the special relationship and historical laws of the two countries, but also in line with the requirements of the times. Vietnam has always regarded the development of relations with China as a strategic choice and top priority, and China has also made it clear that Vietnam is a priority direction for China's neighboring diplomacy, which shows the extraordinary degree of mutual importance between the two sides.
Trade cooperation has become a highlight of bilateral relations
In recent years, China and Vietnam have given full play to the advantages of geographical proximity and industrial complementarities, promoted the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" initiative and the strategic docking of the "two corridors and one circle", and promoted cooperation in areas such as connectivity, which has led to an increasingly close convergence of interests. Vietnamese news agency stated that trade cooperation has become a highlight of the relationship between the two countries. China is Vietnam's largest trading partner, and Vietnam is China's largest trading partner within ASEAN. According to data released by China Customs on the 12th, the total import and export value of goods between China and Vietnam in the first 11 months of this year was 1.45 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.6%. The industrial and supply chain cooperation between China and Vietnam is becoming increasingly close. According to data from the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, Vietnam News Agency reported that in the first 11 months of this year, the import and export of intermediate products between China and Vietnam amounted to 1.01 trillion yuan, accounting for 69.8% of China Vietnam trade. Among them, tablet display modules, audio and video equipment, and lithium battery products increased by 12.3%, 17.1%, and 10.8% year-on-year, respectively.
It is worth mentioning that the two countries have achieved remarkable results in cooperation in areas such as infrastructure and green energy. For example, as the landmark project of China and Vietnam jointly building the "the Belt and Road", the second line of Vietnam's first urban light rail project contracted by Chinese enterprises has been put into operation for two years, effectively improving the local traffic conditions. In the coastal area of Ningshun in central and southern Vietnam, the Zhengsheng wind power project operated by a Chinese enterprise can reduce local carbon dioxide emissions by 102500 tons annually. This not only alleviates the transmission pressure of the connecting line from central to southern Vietnam, but also contributes to local environmental protection.

Scholar: Not choosing sides in the competition among major powers is a wise choice for Vietnam
As Chinese leaders visit Vietnam, the outside world has noticed that Vietnam's diplomacy has been relatively active recently. In September and November of this year, Vietnam successively elevated its bilateral relations to the level of comprehensive strategic partnership with the United States and Japan.
