The Tai'an Internet Commerce Association successfully held its third board meeting on April 10, 2024. The conference chose member company Tai'an Nuolian Engineering Materials Co., Ltd. as the exchange venue, aiming to further enhance understanding and cooperation among members of the Chamber of Commerce through on-site visits and in-depth exchanges.

At Tai'an Nuolian Engineering Materials Co., Ltd., General Manager Dong Yiyao warmly welcomed the Chamber of Commerce and led everyone to visit the company's production workshop. Mr. Dong provided a detailed introduction to the company's production process, technical characteristics, and product quality control. During the visit, members of the Chamber of Commerce expressed high appreciation for the advanced equipment and rigorous management of Taian Nuolian Engineering Materials Co., Ltd.

At the subsequent symposium, Mr. Dong shared with deep affection the development process of the enterprise and valuable entrepreneurial insights. Mr. Dong mentioned that 2018 was an important turning point, shifting from the trade sector to the production sector and embarking on a new entrepreneurial journey. At first, under the dual pressure of funding and technology shortages, a production line was invested; But it is precisely this starting point that laid the foundation for his career today. After several years of hard work, in August 2022, he purchased 87 acres of land in Feicheng and established a factory area of over 25000 square meters. In December of the same year, the enterprise successfully entered production, marking a new level for the enterprise. Mr. Dong stated that during this process, he deeply experienced the hardships and difficulties of entrepreneurship, but also gained an endless sense of achievement and pride.

In addition, Mr. Dong also talked about the business environment in the location of the enterprise. He said that Feicheng has a good business environment and strong government support, which provides strong guarantees for the development of enterprises. At the same time, he also mentioned the challenges and opportunities that enterprises face in their development process. He believes that challenges and opportunities coexist, and only by seizing and embracing opportunities can sustainable development of enterprises be achieved.

During the discussion and exchange, the president delivered an important speech. He emphasized that the path of entrepreneurship is full of hardships and challenges, and only those who are willing to work hard and constantly strive can achieve success. The attendees also conducted in-depth discussions on how enterprises can better open up resources and reduce costs in the current environment. Everyone agrees that in the current complex and ever-changing market environment, enterprises need to pay more attention to cost control and risk management, while actively seeking new growth points and development opportunities.

At the meeting, the Chamber of Commerce officially confirmed the study tour to Japan in May. This study tour has received widespread response from the industry, with a total of 11 companies actively registering to participate, fully reflecting the enthusiasm and expectations of members for communication and learning. At the same time, in order to enrich the form and content of study tours, the council solicited suggestions from the attending members for the second half of the year. The Chamber of Commerce hopes to hear more innovative ideas and suggestions in order to plan study tours that better meet the needs of its members.
