Promoting the Healthy and Stable Development of China Europe Relations (Harmony)

 In the current turbulent international situation, China Europe relations have strategic significance and global influence, and are related to world peace, stability, and prosperity.  

France was the first Western country to establish ambassadorial level diplomatic relations with New China. China France relations have always been at the forefront of China Western relations, and the two countries have jointly shaped the "Sino French spirit" of independence, mutual understanding, foresight, and mutual benefit.   Faced with the turbulent international situation, both China and France adhere to independence and win-win cooperation; All oppose world division and opposing camp confrontation; We all practice multilateralism and uphold the United Nations Charter and international law. The international community expects China and France to form a consensus on major issues related to world peace and stability, as well as the future and destiny of humanity, and issue a common voice.   Both sides will further consolidate political mutual trust and strengthen unity and cooperation, which will push the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and France to a new level, inject new impetus into the healthy and stable development of China Europe relations, and make new contributions to promoting world peace, stability, and development progress.

Serbia is China's first comprehensive strategic partner in Central and Eastern Europe, and the two countries have a deep and steadfast friendship, which can be regarded as a model of friendly relations between China and European countries.   The strong and effective cooperation between China and Serbia is in line with the long-term interests of both sides.   During the visit, the two heads of state will exchange in-depth views on China Serbia relations and international and regional issues of common concern, explore ways to enhance the positioning of China Serbia relations, and provide direction for the future development of bilateral relations. The improvement and upgrading of China Serbia relations will not only better benefit the people of both countries, but also enhance the power to uphold international fairness and justice, and make new and greater contributions to promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.

This year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Hungary. Hungary is an important country in Central and Eastern Europe and an important partner of China in promoting the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" and China CEEC cooperation. In recent years, Hungary has persisted in being a peaceful force and stabilizing factor in Europe amidst the turbulent and intertwined international situation, firmly deepening cooperation with China by eliminating interference and pressure. China and Hungary are comprehensive strategic partners of each other, both firmly promoting development projects that are in line with their respective national conditions. The two countries have achieved fruitful results in mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields, which not only benefits the people of both countries, but also strongly proves that China is an opportunity rather than a challenge, a partner rather than a competitor to Europe.   This milestone visit will push China Hungary relations to a new level, open up a new chapter in friendly cooperation between China and Hungary, and also contribute to maintaining regional and even global peace, stability, and prosperity.

The correct positioning of China Europe relations is partnership, and the mainstream tone is cooperation. As the two major forces driving multipolarity, the two markets supporting globalization, and the two civilizations advocating diversity, China and Europe share broad common interests.
