Training session on "Building an Enterprise Incentive System", Dean Wang Liya shares practical experience to help enterprises develop

On June 6, 2024, the Tai'an Internet Commerce Association held a special training session on "Building an Enterprise Incentive System" at Dongyue Mountain Villa. Wang Liya, President of Mount Taishan Management College, was specially invited as the keynote speaker in this training session, aiming to help enterprise leaders to deeply understand and build a scientific and effective incentive system, further improve enterprise management level and promote the healthy development of enterprises.

As the director and vice president of Mount Taishan School of Management, President Wang Liya is not only a member of the Chinese Academy of Management Sciences, but also the founder of the independent business model. She has over ten years of teaching and project management experience, with profound expertise in areas such as operations management, organizational development, and enterprise performance improvement and enhancement.

At the training meeting, Dean Wang Liya started with a vivid set of cases, highlighting the importance of enterprise incentive systems. She analyzed in detail the theoretical foundation of the construction of incentive systems and demonstrated how to build a scientific and effective incentive system by combining practical operating methods. Dean Wang Liya specifically pointed out that a carefully designed incentive system is not only the source of employee motivation, but also the key to improving the overall operational efficiency and enhancing market competitiveness of the enterprise.

This training session attracted 43 business leaders and executives from 26 companies in Tai'an City. The attendees consulted Dean Wang Liya about the problems they encountered in the construction of the enterprise incentive system, and Dean Wang Liya patiently and meticulously answered them one by one. The atmosphere on site was warm and harmonious. After the meeting, participants expressed that the course content not only has high practicality and operability, but also has strong targeting, which can truly help enterprises solve practical problems. And I hope the association can have more opportunities for similar training or going out, learning from advanced enterprises from zero distance.

In the second half of the year, the association will meet the requirements of its members and engage in face-to-face learning and exchange with advanced enterprises in management.
