The 8th Council Meeting of Tai'an Internet Business Association was successfully held

On October 12, 2024, the Tai'an Online Commerce Association successfully held its eighth council meeting of the year at Shandong Shelley Granary Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The meeting received active participation from Secretary General Zhang Ping of the Municipal Enterprise Federation and others.

At the beginning of the meeting, Secretary General Zhang Ping emphasized the bridging role of the Municipal Enterprise Federation between enterprises and the government, encouraging enterprises to actively participate in the activities of the Enterprise Federation and jointly promote the economic development of Tai'an City. Subsequently, President Xu Xibin elaborated on the development history of the Chamber of Commerce, and both sides agreed that the two associations would strengthen their communication and interaction.

Next, Li Ning, the business manager of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, introduced four types of business to the attendees, including cross-border flash loans and Puxin loans. Manager Li hopes to promote communication and cooperation with enterprises, help them solve their funding needs, and promote their development by introducing the recent business trends of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank.

In addition, Professor Tian Chao from the Benchmark Lean Management Research Institute brought course sharing on 6S management and lean management to the attendees. Teacher Tian first elaborated on the concept, purpose, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement measures of 6S management. Tai'an Zhongpu Network also provided a detailed introduction on how to use software to digitize the standardized management of enterprise production.

Zhang Yufeng, Vice General Manager of Shelley, stated that the lean production team of Ruimou Enterprise Management Consulting has tailored and successfully implemented 6S management improvements for Shelley. After the project was launched, under the guidance of the Ruimou Consulting team, General Manager Jin Chuanli of Xuelai quickly formed the "6S Leadership Group and Execution Group" led by herself, responsible for promoting the comprehensive implementation of 6S. The firm support of the company's senior management laid the foundation for the successful implementation of lean production management. Mr. Zhang said that through extensive promotion and training, every employee has been able to understand the concept and methods of lean production, and realize their key role in it, creating a positive 6S management culture. At the same time, a 6S reward and punishment system and implementation plan have been formulated, with the efficient flow of lean production as the core and production management software as the tool. Detailed planning has been carried out for factory layout, workshop planning, equipment, material identification, logistics routes, safety facilities, electrical equipment, documents, tools, gauges, hygiene areas, offices, warehouses, visual signage, etc. After a series of improvements, the factory management has achieved significant results!

At the end of the conference, the attendees visited Shelley's workshop together, witnessing firsthand the practical achievements of 6S management and intelligence, as well as showcasing Shelley's professional capabilities in the field of intelligent grain storage solutions. The company's products and technologies have been exported to multiple countries and regions, reflecting its competitiveness in the global market.
