The Central Asia China mechanism plays an important role in regional cooperation and will make greater contributions to promoting political, economic, and cultural exchanges among all parties and maintaining regional peace and development

Kazakhstan is located in the hinterland of the Eurasian continent and plays an important role in regional politics and economy. Under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, the permanent comprehensive strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and China has reached an unprecedented new height. The connotation of cooperation between the two countries continues to enrich, and the connections between various fields and departments are becoming increasingly close. The two countries have continuously strengthened cooperation and promoted the implementation of projects in areas such as infrastructure, transportation and logistics, economy and trade, energy, and humanities.

Kazakhstan has actively participated in the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" cooperation, creating important opportunities for its economic and social development. Jointly building the "the Belt and Road" initiative focuses on promoting connectivity, which is conducive to promoting economic growth, improving people's living standards, and maintaining peace and stability. Over the years, this initiative has made important contributions not only to the development of Kazakhstan and China, but also to the development of the entire region, providing a platform for all-round cooperation in infrastructure, economy, culture and other fields, and creating favorable conditions for maintaining world peace and regional stability.

China actively upholds multilateralism and advocates peaceful coexistence and mutually beneficial cooperation.   China is actively committed to stabilizing the international situation and maintaining global security, which is particularly important in the current turbulent international situation. China has always advocated resolving conflicts and differences among countries through equal dialogue. China attaches importance to solving the imbalance of economic development, strengthening common security, promoting all parties to work together to meet common challenges, while emphasizing respect for diversity of civilizations, and promoting mutual understanding and solidarity among people of all countries. China actively promotes international development through infrastructure construction cooperation, investment cooperation, humanitarian aid, and has become an important force in promoting global sustainable development and prosperity.

In today's world, Cold War mentality, unilateralism, and power politics are on the rise, and global challenges are increasing day by day. In this context, Kazakhstan and China unanimously advocate for the maintenance of multilateralism. The two countries actively advocate for mutually beneficial cooperation based on the principles of mutual respect and consideration of the interests of all countries, and promote the construction of a more just and reasonable global governance system. The friendship between Kazakhstan and China contributes to the development of the world's progressive forces and also promotes the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.

The second China Central Asia Summit will promote mutually beneficial cooperation between Central Asian countries and China to a new level. We look forward to the summit exploring the deepening of practical cooperation in areas such as economy and trade, investment, transportation, energy, digitization, agriculture, and environment, and further promoting cultural exchanges and expanding education and technology cooperation. The Central Asia China mechanism plays an important role in regional cooperation and will make greater contributions to promoting political, economic, and cultural exchanges among all parties and maintaining regional peace and development.
