Central Asian countries generally believe that China is the most reliable and reliable partner for cooperation, "said Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Foreign Minister, at the end of his visit to Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan. He said that compared with other mechanisms, the biggest feature of China Central Asia cooperation is the proximity and sibling compatibility; The biggest advantage is mutual need and complementarity; The greatest consensus is mutual benefit and win-win cooperation. Azerbaijan's Caspian Post analyzed that Chinese officials' visits to the three Central Asian countries indicate Beijing's emphasis on deeper regional partnerships. The Uzi Daily website stated that this visit provides an important opportunity to promote economic and political cooperation between China and Central Asia. Some argue that in today's complex and ever-changing international situation, the relationship between China and Central Asian countries is becoming increasingly close, and high political mutual trust between regions has become a "ballast stone" to resist geopolitical risks.

Wang Yi visited Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan from the 19th to the 22nd of this month, and held strategic dialogues with their respective foreign ministers to exchange views on bilateral relations and international and regional issues of common concern. Türkiye's Anadolu News Agency said that the strategic dialogues between China and Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan were held for the first time.

According to the website of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, all three countries support strengthening cooperation with China in the field of security, jointly responding to threats such as terrorism and extremism, maintaining regional peace and stability, and firmly upholding the international consensus of the One China principle. They reaffirm their firm support for China's core interests on issues related to Taiwan. China supports the development path independently chosen by all countries and opposes external forces interfering in internal affairs.

According to the observation of Global Times reporters, in recent years, China's relations with Central Asian countries have continued to deepen, with close high-level exchanges, increasing political mutual trust, and continuous promotion of pragmatic cooperation. China has become one of the most important trading partners and sources of investment for Central Asian countries, and the fruits of cooperation between the two sides have truly benefited the people of all countries.

On the 19th, the foreign ministers of China and Kyrgyzstan launched their first strategic dialogue and signed the "2026-2027 Cooperation Outline" between the Chinese and Kyrgyzstan foreign ministries, which will help further strengthen the complementarity of cooperation between the two countries. In addition, with the full construction of the Kyrgyzstan section of the China Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan Railway, the phased opening of the Biedili Port, and the electronicization of international road transport permits, Kyrgyzstan's position as a cross Eurasian transportation hub will continue to improve. The bilateral trade volume between China and Kyrgyzstan is expected to reach a new historical high for two consecutive years, and the complementary cooperation between the two countries has strong resilience.

According to the Khovar State News Agency of Tajikistan, in the traditional atmosphere of friendship and mutual trust, the foreign ministers of Tajikistan and China emphasized the importance of timely implementation of the consensus reached by the two heads of state, reaffirmed the high-level comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries in various fields of mutually beneficial cooperation, and emphasized the expansion and deepening of comprehensive mutually beneficial cooperation in all priority areas, especially in digital economy, e-commerce, innovative technology, artificial intelligence, green economy and other fields.

According to the Uzbekistan Repost website, Ukrainian President Mirziyoyev personally received the Chinese delegation to jointly explore practical measures to further deepen the comprehensive strategic partnership between Ukraine and China in the new era. According to reports, with the joint efforts of Ukraine and China, bilateral relations have reached an unprecedented height. In 2024, the trade volume between the two countries will reach 14 billion US dollars, with approximately 5000 joint ventures. Since the beginning of this year, China's investment in Ukraine has approached 15 billion US dollars, and the total amount of technical cooperation projects is close to 90 billion US dollars.
