In September and December 2020, a batch of cross-border e-commerce goods were shipped to Estonia on the China-Europe freight train (Wuhan) from The Central Station of China Railway Union (Wuhan). This was the first time that cross-border e-commerce B2B export goods were shipped on the China-Europe freight train (Wuhan).
This batch of goods is exported by Hubei Aobao Network Technology Co., LTD., a foreign-funded enterprise in Wuhan Free Trade Zone. According to the person in charge of Aobao, this time the goods are 200 pieces of beer, which will be exported directly to the merchants.
On August 13, the General Administration of Customs issued Notice No. 92 of 2020. Starting from September 1, on the basis of the existing pilot customs, 12 customs directly under the Administration of Shanghai, Fuzhou, Qingdao, Jinan, Wuhan, Changsha, Gongbei, Zhanjiang, Nanning, Chongqing, Chengdu and Xi 'an will carry out cross-border E-COMMERCE B2B export supervision pilot projects. In order to further optimize the process of trade and export, improve efficiency, and reduce the pressure of capital turnover of enterprises, Aobao decided to try to develop cross-border e-commerce export business by relying on CEIBS (Wuhan), and provide high-quality Chinese products for overseas markets.
Cross-border e-commerce B2B export includes two modes: one is the direct export mode in which domestic enterprises directly deliver goods to overseas enterprises through cross-border logistics after concluding transactions with overseas enterprises through cross-border e-commerce platform (9710 supervision mode is adopted); the other is the direct export mode in which domestic enterprises directly deliver goods to overseas enterprises through cross-border logistics after concluding transactions with overseas enterprises through cross-border e-commerce platform (9710 supervision mode is adopted). Second, domestic enterprises deliver export goods to overseas warehouses through cross-border logistics, and then deliver them to buyers' overseas warehouses through cross-border e-commerce platforms (9810 supervision mode is adopted). Through cross-border logistics, cargo of cross-border e-commerce can be transported to countries along the "One Belt And One Road" route in a more efficient and low-cost way. At the same time, it can inject new driving force into the stable development of foreign trade.
