Under the new mode of support of the warehouse of the return center, "buy at ease, return at ease" will become the normal bonded mode of cross-border e-commerce purchase in Chongqing.

On the morning of November 9, parcels were being scanned and piled up in the warehouses of cross-border e-commerce companies in The Lianglu Cuntan Bonded Port area. But these were not goods for consumers, but orders that had been blocked. "In the past, when overseas online shopping products were returned, they could only be sent to the south China warehouse in zhaoqing, guangdong for destruction. With the cross-border e-commerce return warehouse, it is more convenient for consumers to return goods, and enterprises can also conduct secondary sales of qualified products with customs clearance and tax payment." Vipshop chongqing warehouse manager said.

"The use of warehouses in cross-border e-commerce return centers can put our warehouses in the region to good use, save logistics manpower, promote the flow of e-commerce goods, quickly return enterprise taxes, and improve consumers' return experience. "Consumers can buy with confidence and we can sell with confidence, which gives us more confidence to prepare for the singles day." It is reported that enterprises Tmall, kaola overseas shopping and Vipshop in the bonded port area have started the return business in a comprehensive way. As of November 8, the customs of lianglu cun beach has inspected and released a total of 34,733 returned goods from cross-border e-commerce, with the value of 4,914,200 yuan. It has returned more than 540,000 yuan of tax for enterprises and reduced the loss of payment by more than 3.2 million yuan. Among them, there were 26 batches of returned goods in the warehouse of the return center, 17,848 returned goods, with the value of 1,683,100 yuan.

"The arrival of warehouses in cross-border e-commerce return centers has reduced the operating cost of enterprises' return business to the maximum, while reducing the time to one day from the previous maximum of three days. This promotes the formation of an efficient and complete closed loop between forward logistics and reverse logistics of bonded retail import through cross-border e-commerce online purchase."
