Industrial Internet application scenarios are rich, so that other countries are incomparable. In recent years, under the strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council and various ministries and commissions, the domestic industrial Internet has been booming, but it also faces some contradictions. Due to the uneven development status of enterprises, there is a mismatch between the diversity, difference, comprehensive demand of digital transformation and the knowledge limitation, shallow quality of capability and fragmentation of scheme of platform capability supply, which increases the difficulty for the construction and development of China's industrial Internet. Therefore, the construction of industrial Internet with Chinese characteristics needs to promote the transformation of enterprise Intranet from "single link transformation" to "systematic interconnection". Among them, in the cross-industry aspect, KAOS COSMOPLAT breeds 15 industry ecology, such as construction pottery, saloon car, agriculture and so on; In terms of cross-field, Kaos Cosmoplat platform has covered 7 centers and 12 regions in China. In cross-cultural terms, the platform has been replicated in 20 countries, including the United States, New Zealand and Russia.

Although the results are impressive, Zhou Yunjie said that the current global industrial Internet competition has entered a critical period, leaving China to seize the industrial Internet initiative and discourse time window has been very limited.

From the perspective of urgency, the current global industrial Internet is in an outbreak period, but there is no absolute leading platform. China's industrial Internet started early and has a high starting point, but there is still a long way to go before it can be applied on a large scale and produce leading effects. The window for China to seize the opportunities of global leadership is only two to three years. From the perspective of importance, supply chain security is related to the national strategy, and how to quickly solve the "jam neck" technology and establish an independent and controllable industrial chain system is a top priority. The industrial Internet will help promote the development of 5G, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and other cutting-edge technologies, provide broad application scenarios, and provide support for strengthening the autonomous and controllable capacity of China's industrial chain and supply chain. From the necessity of binary important fulcrum is to activate the market demand, focus on small and medium-sized enterprises is to stimulate the vitality, and China's small and medium-sized enterprise digital level is uneven, so to form in the domestic large cycle as the main body, domestic and international binary mutual promotion of the new development pattern, through the construction of Chinese characteristic industry, Internet can assign to small and medium-sized enterprises.

At present, there are not only 15 double-cross-platform platforms published by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, but also hundreds of specialized platforms focusing on their respective industries. To this end, Zhou Yunjie suggested that China's industrial Internet platform construction can not be "one size fits all." Not only to play the advantages of double cross-platform, but also to play the personalized characteristics of the vertical industry, adapt to the thousands of enterprises in the industrial Internet, let the "point high surface excellent" become the characteristics of China's industrial Internet. On the one hand, it is necessary to give full play to the leading role of dual-cross-platform and build a world-leading industrial Internet platform. On the premise of strengthening network security and data security, the open source industrial alliance of platform enterprises should be built, and distributed innovation should be carried out in the basic common aspects of platform, network, security, data, etc., so as to continuously expand the capacity building of the platform, and eliminate the concerns of enterprises about data security after being on the platform. On the other hand, vertical industries from the upstream and downstream, including users, supply chains, etc. should be thoroughly done, formed an ecosystem, and this model should be replicated to create a comprehensive development of the industrial Internet ecology.

Zhou Yunjie suggested the establishment of a national industrial Internet platform open-source alliance, encouraging developers to participate in open-source contribution code and application of open-source systems, and accelerating the empowerment of enterprises in digital transformation. Promote the construction of platform, network, security and other basic common standards, and realize the data interconnection among platforms and the cross-platform call and subscription of industrial APP. Promote the construction of industrial application standards for industries, fields and solutions, provide individualized and integrated services for enterprises, and give play to the role of industrial Internet platform in promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Chinese enterprises that have already been internationalized will be encouraged to make localized copies overseas, and the platform will be encouraged to set up service offices in the local area. The software and hardware exported by the platform will be supported to carry out service extension locally.
