【 School-enterprise cooperation 】 Tai 'an Network Business Association and Taishan Vocational and Technical College signed a cooperation agreement

On the afternoon of September 4, 2021, Tai 'an Network Business Association came to Taishan Polytechnic for a visit. In the afternoon of the same day, a signing ceremony was held for school-enterprise cooperation. Xu Xibin, president of Tai 'an Network Business Association, and Zhang Baoli, executive president, Wang Lei, chairman of Taishan Chuanggu, and other directors, Zhang Qingmin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the College Leadership School, and Li Jinwei, director of the Department of Finance and Economics, attended the signing ceremony.

In response to the great importance attached by the leaders of the Tai 'an Network Business Association to the visit, Zhang Qingmin, deputy secretary of the school's party committee, and others extended a warm welcome to the visit of the president of the Tai'an Internet Business Association. Afterwards, the two parties conducted friendly negotiations. President Xu introduced the development history of the Chamber of Commerce, the industries and talent needs involved in member companies, and expressed gratitude to the college for its trust and support to the Chamber of Commerce, and expressed high hopes for the future cooperation between the two parties, and hope that both parties can achieve mutual benefit and common development.

College Secretary Zhang introduced the basic situation of the college, the philosophy of running the school and the achievements since the establishment of the school, and analyzed the development trend of vocational education. He also expressed that the two sides can start comprehensive and in-depth cooperation and increase exchanges, and are full of expectations for the future development prospects of both sides.

This school-enterprise cooperation is based on the employment needs of students majoring in finance and economics, and this is only the first step in a number of cooperation between the two parties. Based on the principle of student employment first, after several rounds of negotiation, the school and enterprise have reached a high degree of agreement on student employment arrangements, corporate mutual assistance, educational sentiments, education methods, and cooperation prospects, and actively build a education model of school-enterprise joint education practice. 

Through this cooperation, the member companies of the chamber of commerce will give priority to hiring interns of the college, plan their employment prospects, and be the first social mentor in their employment career. The member companies of the chamber of commerce will also adopt employment planning,  strengthen cooperation with the college in skills training and other aspects, provide talent training, and add talents to the enterprise.

Taishan Chuanggu Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park is also a cooperative enterprise of Taishan Polytechnic. Mr. Wang said that Taishan Chuanggu Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park is a modern foreign trade service-oriented industrial park that is guided by the government, guided by associations and operated as an enterprise. With years of experience in foreign trade import and export services, it aims to help foreign trade enterprises in Taian to implement localized and personal services, and has a certain social responsibility for the development of foreign trade in Taicheng and the growth of relevant college students. School-enterprise cooperation should be deepened in terms of retention, team building and construction, corporate marketing and promotion, etc. We warmly welcome students from the college to come to the industrial park for employment and internships.

After the ceremony, the president led a group toShandong Taiwo Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. to listen to Jia Yuhua, general manager of Taiwo, sharing about the Taishan Management School's "Practical MBA" course.

The leaders of the two sides also discussed and exchanged views on the delivery of relevant professional talents and the selection of courses for technical talents. Both schools and enterprises expressed that they should communicate more and look forward to more in-depth cooperation.
