1. Yang Xu, President of Tai'an Bank Taixi Branch, introduced three types of loan businesses, namely government procurement contract financing loan, scientific and technological achievement transformation loan, and labor-intensive loan launched by the bank to the directors. He expressed his hope to cooperate with the Chamber of Commerce to provide member companies with the highest quality financial services.

2. Xu Xibin, general manager of Tai'an Ocean Pump Co.,Li and chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, gave an introduction to the development experience of the company with the theme of "doing a good job in the present is the future".He shared his experience from the aspects of corporate repositioning, corporate culture reshaping, organizational structure adjustment, product innovation, and process system construction. In an extremely uncertain environment, companies must be customer-centric, understand customer needs, and continuously improve their capabilities to meet customers.In addition, it is necessary to increase investment in scientific research of new products, integrate resources, promote product upgrading, and more in line with market demand. It is also necessary to innovate in management systems, operating mechanisms, and service models, so as to build the core competitiveness of enterprises and achieve higher quality.

3. The board of directors heard and reviewed the report by Chief Financial Officer Qi Jianlin on various income and expenditure in 2021.

4. President Xu Xibin said that in 2022, we should listen more to the voices of members, so that the activities of the chamber of commerce will be more targeted and meaningful. Taking into account the actual situation of the current epidemic, it is planned to understand the expectations and needs of each member unit for the chamber of commerce in terms of learning, training and other aspects through a survey form in January.
