On the afternoon of April 16, 2022, the fourth board meeting of the year was held in Tai'an Guangyuan International Trade Co., Ltd., and Zhang Dongchuan, general manager of member enterprise Tai'an Fuchuan Steel Co., Ltd., was invited to participate in the board meeting.
The main topics are as follows:

1、 Firstly, Bank of China and Tai'an rural commercial bank introduced the international business settlement and loan products generally concerned by entrepreneurs, and explained in detail the exchange rate, interest spread, forward settlement and so on. In order to ensure the interests of enterprises, the electronic trading platform launched by the Bank of China makes the long-term settlement of foreign exchange more convenient, fast and safe. The two banks said that in the future, they will actively connect with enterprises, publicize and interpret the latest financial policies, collect the capital needs of enterprises, help the development of enterprises through their own products and services, and cooperate with enterprises for win-win results.

2、 After the previous research on the website construction, the Council decided to update the website of the chamber of Commerce in order to more effectively display the dynamics and culture of the chamber of Commerce.
3、 In order to strengthen the publicity work of the chamber of Commerce, we had a serious discussion on the PPT for the publicity of the chamber of Commerce and put forward suggestions for modification.
4、 Ji Guangyuan, general manager and Party branch secretary of Guangyuan international, shared with you the journey of the company since its establishment. How to build a champion team, adjust the company's development ideas, describe the company's development objectives and future positioning in detail, and emphasize the importance of building corporate culture and standardized management.
5、 Xu Xibin, President of the chamber of Commerce, said that the key work of the chamber of Commerce this year should continue to do a good job in communication with members and increase interaction with member enterprises; At the same time, the Council members should also increase the influence of the chamber of Commerce and attract more Thai enterprises to join the chamber of Commerce.
