Specific measures include: for those who are unable to pay taxes on time and make up taxes within the specified time limit due to operational difficulties caused by the epidemic, the late fee can be reduced or exempted; Cancel the third-party testing requirements for enterprises to apply for exemption from tariff and import link tax for returned goods; Exempt the enterprise from applying for the entry fruit Quarantine License and providing the proof materials of storage place; Simplify the inspection requirements of imported coatings, and no longer check the coating Filing Certificate; Adjust and optimize the inspection requirements for imported crude oil and coal.
The General Administration of Customs said that all customs units will take effective measures to strengthen publicity, guide enterprises to make full use of relevant policies and enjoy more policy dividends.
