And the data shows that user experience optimization will witness explosive growth with the continuous expansion of application scenarios, and the increasingly mature human-computer cooperation will also promote the rapid development of various industries. For example, in the cultural and tourism industry, the operation manpower inside and outside the scenic spot can be deeply integrated with the digital labor force, providing tourists with active management, active care and active service, and bringing high-quality experience to tourists; In the manufacturing industry, enterprises can use various robots, software services and other digital labor to fill the labor gap and reduce cost waste and efficiency loss; In the Internet science and technology industry, enterprises can develop an automatic advertising platform, match the bidding bids of advertisers and the portraits of platform users, complete the advertising work, save labor costs and improve operational efficiency.
In the specific implementation path, enterprises can focus on the first, middle and later stages to comprehensively promote the upgrading of digital labor employment mode. Sun Junxin said that first, we should fully deploy digital labor. Match the overall development direction of the enterprise, upgrade the production tools, and digitally empower employees through activating the enterprise mechanism, so as to comprehensively upgrade the employment mode. Second, the planning should be refined. Adapt measures to local conditions, transform the objectives into specific and implementable clear measures, and form a standardized business process upgrading scheme; Introduce the leading scientific and technological concept, design and implement the practical operation technology that can be adopted, and focus on the key points of human-computer integration; Explore computable, measurable and traceable success formulas to ensure that process optimization can track core values and refine key initiatives and priorities. The third is implementation. Establish an agile transformation change team and professional guidance team, support and guide the implementation of digital labor throughout the process, and promote and implement the quick win plan in stages. Create an effective tracking mechanism and analysis mechanism to realize risk control and process visualization in the implementation process.
