2023 China Arab Countries Enterprise Cooperation Fair

On the afternoon of June 1st, the 2023 China Arab Countries Enterprise Cooperation Fair was held at Guangzhou Yuexiu International Conference Center. The fair was jointly organized by the Ningxia Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Guangdong Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and Guangzhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
The theme of this negotiation meeting is "Land Sea Silk Road Cooperation, Creating New Space for Cooperation". Relevant leaders from Ningxia Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Guangdong Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Guangzhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Yinchuan Municipal Government, representatives from the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the China Arab Joint Chamber of Commerce, as well as representatives from the Arab Business Forum, China Saudi Arabia (Jizan) Industrial Park, Yuehai Bay Central Business District, Yinchuan City, and China Oman Dukum Industrial Park More than 150 representatives from industrial parks, business associations, and key entrepreneurs such as the China Arab Youth Entrepreneurship Park attended the meeting.
The Guangdong 21st Century Maritime Silk Road International Expo (referred to as the "Maritime Silk Expo") was founded in 2014, aiming to create a high-quality project to implement the national "Belt and Road" strategy, and establish an international image of "doing business, negotiating cooperation, and going to Guangdong". After years of cultivation and growth, the "Haisi Expo" has gradually developed into an exhibition platform with strong influence in countries and regions along the "the Belt and Road". The pace of internationalization, branding, specialization and marketization has accelerated, and the international "circle of friends" and influence are growing.
This negotiation conference was held during the "Haisi Expo", with the aim of relying on the functions and influence of the Haisi Expo platform and the channel resources of the China Arab Joint Chamber of Commerce Liaison Office, effectively utilizing the China Arab business cooperation mechanism, enhancing the linkage and cooperation between the East and West, further promoting the economic and trade cooperation and exchange between Ningxia and Guangdong Province, as well as the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, and promoting the "six new, six special, and six excellent" industries and investment policies, as well as the business environment in our region, Promote economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between Guangdong Ning enterprises, central enterprises, Arab business associations, and enterprises.
At the negotiation meeting, Wang Hongjian, the second level inspector of the Guangdong Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Executive Secretary General of the Guangdong International Chamber of Commerce, and Ms. Zhang Yan, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Guangzhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade, delivered speeches; Yang Jin, a member of the Party Group and Vice President of the Ningxia Council for the Promotion of International Trade, introduced the "six new, six special, and six excellent" industries in Ningxia, as well as the ideas and main activities of the upcoming 6th China Arab World Expo in September. He extended an invitation to representatives of participating enterprises to participate.
Sun Mengjiao, a member of the Standing Committee of the Yinchuan Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of the Municipal People's Government, introduced the advantageous and characteristic industries, investment environment, and investment promotion policies of Yinchuan City to the attending guests. Representatives from relevant counties and districts in Yinchuan City and overseas industrial parks in Ningxia conducted promotional activities. Xing Jiguo, Executive Director of the China Association for the Promotion of International Science and Technology and Director of the Management Committee of the China Arab Youth Entrepreneurship Park, Arafat, Secretary General of the Arab Business Forum, Li Changsheng, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Council of the China Arab Joint Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of Northwest Bearing Co., Ltd., Liu Feina, Executive Chairman of the Guangdong Internet Commerce Association and Secretary General of the China (Guangdong) RCEP Cross border E-commerce Cooperation Alliance, Hou Hui, Senior Manager of Yinchuan Suyin Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd., delivered an exchange speech.
At the negotiation meeting, the Ningxia Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Guangzhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade signed a memorandum of cooperation. The participating enterprises signed 14 cooperation projects with a total amount of 377 million yuan, involving smart agriculture cooperation and Sino Arab scientific and technological achievements
