Beijing provides support in five directions: overseas investment, foreign contracting of projects, foreign labor cooperation, overseas fishery cooperation, support for the construction of overseas enterprises, and provincial-level sub platforms for external investment liaison services; The specific support content mainly includes multiple aspects such as overseas risk management, loan discount, resource repatriation, overseas investment insurance, and expatriate safety insurance.
