The signing ceremony of school enterprise cooperation between Oriental College of Shandong University of Finance and Economics and Tai'an Internet Business Association was held

On the morning of July 13, the signing ceremony of school enterprise cooperation between Oriental College of Shandong University of Finance and Economics and Tai'an Internet Business Association was held in the first conference room of Kunyuan Building. Xu Xibin, president of Tai'an Internet Business Association, Fan Yubao, head of member units of the Association, secretary of the Party Committee of Dongfang College of Shandong University of Finance and Economics, Song Baofeng, executive vice president, Sun Yanmin, deputy director of the Academic Affairs (Scientific Research) Department, attended the signing ceremony, and Zhu Qinghua, president of the International Business School, presided over the ceremony.

At the ceremony, Fan Yubao welcomed the arrival of entrepreneurs from Tai'an Internet Business Association, and introduced the basic situation of the school and the development of school enterprise cooperation in recent years. He pointed out that over the years, Orient College of Shandong University of Finance and Economics has taken the construction of application-oriented undergraduate colleges as its development orientation, constantly adjusted its professional structure and optimized its teaching staff according to economic and social development, and provided highly applicable professionals for the society. The school attaches great importance to practical teaching activities and continuously deepens the integration of industry and education, as well as school enterprise cooperation. I hope to take this signing as an opportunity for both parties to jointly strengthen the construction of internship and training platforms, and carry out extensive and in-depth cooperation in fields such as talent cultivation, scientific research, social services, and employment expansion. The school will carefully study the employment needs of chambers of commerce and enterprises, optimize talent training plans, and provide suitable talents for enterprises; I also hope that entrepreneurs can come to the school to hold practical lectures on business operations, career development planning training, enterprise promotion meetings, talent recruitment and other activities, providing internships and employment opportunities for students. We look forward to joint efforts from both sides to deepen school enterprise cooperation and make new contributions to promoting the economic and social development of Tai'an.
Xu Xibin made a speech, introducing the work carried out by the Association since its establishment, thanking Oriental University for providing a platform for school enterprise cooperation, and hoping that the University will make full use of the advantages of experts and talents to provide advice and guidance for enterprises in international trade theory, enterprise strategic development and other aspects. The Internet Business Association can also come to the University to hold lectures, and communicate with students on entrepreneurship, career selection, career development and other aspects. I hope both parties can start with signing a contract, make the project more practical and in-depth, promote a win-win situation for schools, enterprises, and students in employment, and make contributions to the economic development of Tai'an!
At the ceremony, Sun Yanmin and Xu Xibin signed a cooperation agreement on behalf of the school and enterprise; Song Baofeng awarded the plaque of Practice Teaching Base of Oriental College of Shandong University of Finance and Economics to the cooperative enterprise; Fan Yubao issued the letter of appointment of practice tutor of Oriental College of Shandong University of Finance and Economics to the entrepreneurs of the practice teaching base.

After the ceremony, the attendees took a group photo and visited the campus.

Our School of International Business has cooperated closely with Tai'an Internet Business Association and its member enterprises for many years. The signing of the cooperation agreement marks that the cooperation between our school and Tai'an Internet Merchants Association has entered a new stage. Both sides will conduct in-depth cooperation in fields such as talent cultivation, scientific research, and social services to achieve win-win results and make new contributions to promoting local economic and social development.
