The China Germany (Shenyang) High end Equipment Manufacturing Innovation Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Innovation Committee) was established in June 2019 and has been included in the communication mechanism at the deputy ministerial level between China and Germany. With the joint participation of Chinese and German governments, associations, enterprises, and research institutions, the Innovation Committee is based in Shenyang Tiexi and relies on the China Germany (Shenyang) High end Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park (hereinafter referred to as the Sino German Park) to strengthen the efficient integration of the "Made in China" and "German Industry 4.0" strategies. At present, four sub committees have been set up, namely, industrial Internet, intelligent equipment, dual education, and automobile digitalization. The number of member units has increased from the initial 38 to 172, including BMW Brilliance Brilliance, Neusoft, Xinsong Group, Shenyang Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Northeastern University, German international cooperation agency GIZ, German SAP, etc.
The activities of the Innovation Committee are not just annual meetings, but continuous communication and exchange over the past four years. Since its establishment four years ago, the Innovation Committee has achieved many landmark achievements in the field of Sino German economic and trade cooperation, including promoting the implementation of a number of projects such as the Northeast Innovation Empowerment Center of German SAP, BMW Training Center, Sino German Cross enterprise Training Center, Tsinghua Unigroup Industrial Internet Platform Application Innovation Promotion Center, and holding the "German Enterprise Shenyang Travel" and "German Tiexi Day" activities to achieve effective integration of talents, projects, and industries, Promote complementary technological advantages between the Chinese market and Germany.
During the event, 14 Chinese and foreign enterprises, including Shanghai Pioneer Junyi Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd., Yanfeng Pio (Shenyang) Automotive Exterior System Co., Ltd., and China Europe Digital Smart Internet Service Co., Ltd., were awarded new member units. 12 projects, including the International Digital Productivity Incubation Center project and the Kaiyuan Zhouyou Cultural and Tourism project, have been successfully signed.
